is absolutely necessary to call please have the model
number ready as well as your questions regarding this
unit.
LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
EXONIC Mobile Entertainment warrants these products
to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
under normal use and conditions for a period of 1 year
if installed by a professional at
an authorized Dealer or 90 days if self-installed from
the date of original purchase.
Should service be necessary for any reason due to a
manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty
period, EXONIC will repair or replace at our discretion,
the defect merchandise at no charge upon delivery of
it’s product to the address shown below with a
copy of proof of purchase, for the 1 year warranty period,
or 90 days if self-installed.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST INFORMATION
A.Contact a Technical Support representative via phone,
fax, or email to request a return authorization number.
B . Enclose with defective product a brief description
of the problem with your name and a daytime phone number
so we may contact you with any questions we may have
regarding installation.
C . Enclose a photocopy of your original sales receipt
for proof of purchase and installation.
D . Please carefully package your product to protect
it from cosmetic of physical damage, write your RA#
clearly on the box, and send it prepaid to:
